Engineered European Oak Parquet floor – Oriental Bay

Our client wanted a parquet floor in their apartment that would draw you to the view and coordinate with their kitchen’s existing Kwila flooring.

We prefinished the engineered European Oak parquet in 490 x 70 x 15/4mm size with Rubio Monocoat Oil+2C in the colours ‘Ice Brown’ and ‘Pure’ mixed in a 70:30 ratio. The parquet was installed with a double brick-bond border and over a concrete subfloor.
