Mac’s Brew Bar Function Centre
- 420m² function centre. Work completed 2012.
- Supplied, installed over concrete in ground floor function centre and first floor function centre bars.
- Sanded and coated with moisture-cured polyurethane.
Macs Brew Bar (main bar)
- Work completed May 2013.
- 244m² of existing Beech wooden flooring re-sanded and coated with moisture-cured polyurethane.
- Supplied and installed American White Oak parquet and feature grade strip flooring. Applied a specialist stain in the men’s section and an oil in woman’s and general sections.
Te Wharewaka
- 220m² in Hui Room.
- Supplied and installed recycled Matai over a heated concrete slab.
- Sanded & coated and applied three coats of moisture polyurethane.
- 230m² in restaurant and sports bar.
- The brief was to create a hardwearing floor that fitted with the 100-year history of the building.
- Supplied and installed recycled hardwood over batons over new concrete.
- Applied a specialist stain applied, followed by polyurethane.
Morrison & Co
- 110m² as part of an upmarket office fit out.
- Supplied and installed recycled Matai with a custom ‘character’ finish. We also clashed out cabinets in same timber.
- Not available for public viewing but can be seen on our website.
- 180m² of new American White Oak wooden flooring.
- Parquet flooring manufactured in our workshop from rough-sawn Oak.
- Supplied and installed a bespoke parquet pattern.
- Coated with three coats of moisture-cured polyurethane.
- 120m² of recycled Red Beech timber.
- Supplied and installed to look like the original floor in the building.
- Hand sanded and coated with custom coloured oil followed by moisture-cured polyurethane
One Red Dog
- 180m² of original Totara wooden floorboards in well-worn condition.
- Sanded, stained with a brown stain, and coated with moisture-cured polyurethane.
- Sanded, stained, and coated the bar top.
Rutherford House, Victoria University Wellington, Bunny St
- 70m² of recycled Tawa floorboards.
- Supplied and installed over a mixture of concrete and plywood subfloors.
- Also lined sides and underside of main stair and manufactured and installed handrails and bottom rails in same timber.
- Sanded and coated with water-based polyurethane.
Easterfield Building, Victoria University Wellington, Kelburn
- 145m² Jarrah parquet flooring.
- Loose floorboards lifted and re-laid. Sanded and coated with water-based polyurethane.
Stout Street Chambers, Huddart Parker Building, Wellington
- 97m² of engineered floorboards cut to parquet pieces
- Supplied and installed over a concrete subfloor.
- Undertook significant remedy works to concrete subfloor.
- Contract included the supply and installation of an acoustic underlay.
Saatchi & Saatchi Offices, Clyde Quay Wharf, Wellington
- 61m² recycled Rimu floorboards.
- Supplied and installed over concrete subfloor.
- Also build architectural-designed feature stair in recycled Rimu.
Bats Theatre Company Inc, Kent Terrace, Wellington
- Recycled uplifted Matai floorboards.
- Supplied and laid in kitchen and rehearsal rooms, to look like the original floor in the building.
- Hand sanded and coated ground floor, plus kitchen and rehearsal rooms.
Park Road Post Production, Park Road, Miramar
- Over 380m² of Australian Oak T&G floorboards and parquet wooden flooring.
- Supplied and installed over a concrete subfloor, sanded, stained, and coated with moisture-cured polyurethane.
- Work undertaken while the building’s occupant continued to operate day and night.
Renouf Foyer, Michael Fowler Centre, Wellington
- Original Jarrah parquet wooden floor uplifted and original concrete subfloor remedied and sealed.
- New Jarrah parquet floor custom manufactured, installed and finished with moisture-cured polyurethane to 700m2.
- Work undertaken during 2015/16 Christmas shutdown.
Te Papa – Museum of New Zealand
- Supply, install and finish of 928m² of Australian Oak wooden flooring in level 4 and 5 gallery spaces.
- Install and finish wooden flooring to stairs and seats.
- Manufacture and fit handrail to stairs.
- Supply and fit 200m² of TG&V panelling to walls and ceilings.
St Mary of the Angels, Boulcott St, Wellington
- Supply, install and finish of 500m² of cork laid in a range of patterns to replicate the original floor.
- Includes letters and symbols cut in the floor.

- Uplift original Matai wooden floor that had exceeded its useful life.
- Remedy subfloor structure.
- Supply, install and finish of 200m² of new Ironbark T&G floorboards.
- Finished with Hardwax Oil.

- Uplift original Matai wooden floor that had exceeded its useful life.
